Fabric shopping in People Textile, Petaling Street, KL

So from my previous post, I did mentioned about my trip to Fah Num. Right after Fah Num, I went to People Textile, which is just across the street. I have a feeling that this shop has been here for ages, considering how old the building is. The first interesting thing that I noticed: you cannot simply enter the shop… you need to press the bell first and wait for them to open the door for you.

Fabric shopping in Fah Num, Petaling Street, Kuala Lumpur

Hi guys! Today I went to two fabric stores in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and I feel like writing about them here on the blog. Since last year actually I have this idea of blogging about where to buy fabrics and craft supplies during my travels: be them here in my beloved country Malaysia, or in any other countries for that matter. I am reminded by how thankful I am to a lot of bloggers and their posts which helped me to decide where to go in Japan back in August, and informed me a lot of important tips that I wouldn’t get elsewhere. So I figure out that I need to do the same!

Liberty fabrics in Nomura Tailor, Kyoto, Tokyo

Back in August, my husband and I went to Japan for our honeymoon trip. Obviously I went there with a long list of fabric/craft shops that I wanted to go… and Nomura Tailor Shop was one of the I-must-go-or-I’ll-die shops in my list.
